We currently offer shipping across Pakistan. Unfortunately, we are not shipping internationally at this time. Any updates to our shipping regions will be reflected on this page.

2. Shipping Methods

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Custom Orders: Custom and personalized abayas may take additional time to craft and deliver. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing and shipping of custom items.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Please note that these charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status and location of your shipment until it reaches your door.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays. In the event of any significant delay, we will keep you informed.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In case your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

8. Order Issues and Damages

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately at info@fustanapparel.com with photos and details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for customers within Pakistan. COD charges may apply, and will be clearly stated at checkout. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery as courier services may not provide change.
