Returns and Exchanges for Standard Orders:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for standard orders. Each abaya is made exclusively for the customer, which means returns or exchanges are not available unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product deviates from the original order. Customers must initiate any return requests within 7 business days of receiving the product.
Returns and Exchanges for Incorrect or Defective Products:
In the rare event that you receive an item that differs from your order in size, color, design, or has a manufacturing defect, we will address the issue and provide the correct product. Customers must contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item to qualify for an exchange due to incorrect or defective products. Please note that we do not offer refunds in these cases.
To initiate a claim, customers are required to contact us and provide photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy.
Conditions for Returns:
For an item to be considered for return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item should not have been worn outside.
- It must be in pristine, unworn condition with no modifications or alterations.
- The original packaging, including all labels, tags, and materials, must be included.
- The item should not have been laundered.
- It must be free from scents, including colognes or perfumes.
- No spots, stains, or blemishes should be present.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
International Orders and Returns:
Currency: All purchases are made in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.). Your bank or international credit/debit card issuer will determine the exchange rate and may apply additional charges, which you are responsible for covering.
Import Duties and Taxes: All orders are shipped from Pakistan. Any import duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. For questions regarding customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
Cost of Returns:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is advised to keep proof of return, such as a certificate of posting. All returned items must be in their original condition.
Additional Charges:
If the item has any perfume scent, makeup marks, or signs of wear, the return will be refused, and the item will be sent back to you. If the return procedures are not followed and we need to return the item to you, a shipping fee (Rs. [Amount to be added by the owner]) will need to be paid. The item will be held until this fee is covered.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges:
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
